We currently have an engine in stock stripped down and ready to build back up. For the listed price the engine will be built as per below: BUILD DETAILS -Cylinder block cleaned, inspected, and measured for serviceability. - Crankshaft cleaned, inspected, and measured for serviceability. - Cylinder head cleaned, inspected, and measured for serviceability. -Connecting rods cleaned and inspected for roundness, serviceability and reuse. -Front timing gears cleaned, inspected and serviced. -Rocker assemblies cleaned, inspected and serviced. - Engine 'Jake Brakes' cleaned, inspected and serviced. -Overhaul gasket and seal kit. -Reconditioned piston crowns. - New piston rings. -New cylinder liners. - New cylinder liner seals. -New main bearings. -New thrust bearings. -New connecting rod bearings. -New connecting rod bushes if required. -New or reconditioned cylinder head and cylinder head valve components. -Reconditioned camshaft. -New fuel injectors. - New fuel injection pump. -Turbocharger cleaned and inspected. -Water pump cleaned and inspected. -New thermostat/s. -Oil pump cleaned and inspected. -Oil cooler cleaned and inspected. -New engine filters. -Engine is thoroughly washed, painted and prepared for dispatch.
